Barry Sternlieb lives in Richmond, Massachusetts. He is the author of three previous chapbooks, and was the recipient of a 2004 Massachusetts Cultural Council Fellowship in Poetry. Over the years, his work has appeared in Poetry, The Southern Review, Commonweal, The Gettysburg Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, New England Review, Quarterly West, Southwest Review, Poetry Northwest, and others. Nourishing a deep commitment to the old methods of printing, he also edits Mad River Press, which specializes in the very slow creation of handmade letterpress broadsides and chapbooks since 1986.
