Michele A. Paludi is a developmental psychologist whose research concerns sociopsychological and structural factors affecting women's achievement and the career pathways they follow. She hascourses in developmental psychology and the psychology of women at Franklin and Marshall College, Kent State University, and Hunter College. She is the founder of the Midwestern Society for Feminist Studies.
