Participants were asked to respond to one of the ten works on display, select one to study, and finally to create interpretive label copy developed from the unique perspective of their academic disciplines and personal interests. These responses take a variety of forms, from more academically based catalogue entries to poems, essays, and personal reflections. Taken together, they demonstrate the numerous perspectives from which a work of art can be experienced and understood.
