When I open the registration PDF/eBook file, why do blank PDF pages display?

Books may be returned to the address listed below without prior permission as long as they are in new, resalable condition (no marks or stickers), and currently in print. Out of print titles may be returned for six months after the OP(out of print) date. The customer making the return must be the original purchaser of the returned books. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list indicating quantity, discount received, and original Books International, Inc. invoice number. If no original invoice information is provided, credit will be issued at the maximum trade discount allowable. Claims for damages, defects, shortages, and shipping errors must be made within 30 days of ship date.

Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that isn't accessible from the Internet. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.
